### **Return & Refund Policy**  

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within [5] days of delivery with:  
- Your order number  
- Photos/video of the issue  
- A brief description of the problem  

Handmade Items Notice:

Each piece is uniquely crafted by hand, and slight tool marks, variations in texture, or minor imperfections may be present. These are not considered defects but part of the handmade charm.  

We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for a return, replacement, or refund.  

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are not damaged or incorrect  
- Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)  
- Personalized/custom-made items  

Exchanges: 
We only offer exchanges for the same item (non handmade)if the original is defective or incorrect.  

Shipping Costs:
If a return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.  

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7business days after we receive the returned item.
